The Story Behind Yerp
Yerp was born out of a shared passion for adventure and a desire to strengthen outdoor communities. It all started with us—Adam, Tyler, and Kris—last summer, as we noticed a common challenge: too many people in climbing gyms, on trails, or at crags were adventuring alone because they couldn't find the right partner or group.
Having faced these same struggles ourselves before meeting each other, we realized there had to be a better way. Inspired by our love for the outdoor community, we created Yerp to make it easier for adventurers to connect, whether they're new to an area or just looking to expand their circle.
